The request was made by senior management of the company, who became familiar with the work of the Foundation, through some members of staff who were familiar with Autism and the Foundation. And desired to get more details.

The staff in attendance received teaching materials developed by the Foundation, that showed definitions of Autism, as well as other information which, highlights the other work the Foundation does for the indigent and otherwise disabled.
Managing Director of the board Jeanette Gordon was also in attendance.
The event was a two day effort.
One was held on the campus of the University of the West Indies Mona, Kingston Jamaica.
The other was in New Kingston also in Jamaica.
